Everything was absolutely fine from staff, who were thorough, to the decent location. The place was short walk from Carlisle city centre. My experience at this top-notch hotel was outstanding.

Everything was modern as always. Our stay here was very nice, convenient base for exploring Carlisle. The double room was soundproof. The staff were customer-focused, the beds were large. Location was unique, minutes from old town. Hotel was spotless and the service was friendly...
